Terms & Conditions

• A 20% advance payment is required to confirm the booking.
• The remaining full payment must be completed on the event date specified by the client by the evening.
• If the event is postponed or cancelled after payment, the refund will be processed within 7 days from the original event date.
• Any changes in decoration design, colors, or setup must be informed at least 2 days before the event.
• Flower types and shades may vary slightly depending on seasonal availability, while maintaining the overall design.
• The client must ensure timely access to the venue for setup as agreed.
• Any damage to decoration materials caused by guests or third parties will be chargeable.
• Extra services or last-minute additions may incur additional charges.
