How your Listing Score works

Every property on TheNimto has a Listing Score from 0 to 100. It reflects how customers experience your listing — reviews, bookings, inquiries, how quickly you reply, and how often people find you. Here’s what each part measures and what you can do to raise it.

How to raise each part

Reviews & rating

up to 25 pts

Your average rating, adjusted for how many reviews you have. A few reviews count less than many, so one 5-star review can’t outweigh fifty 4.7-star reviews.

  • Ask every customer to leave a review after their event — 10 or more reviews count fully.
  • Reply politely to low reviews and resolve the problem; improved service lifts future ratings.
  • Deliver exactly what your listing and packages promise.

Bookings

up to 20 pts

Confirmed and completed bookings for this property, and how many of your inquiries turn into bookings, compared with similar vendors in your category.

  • Confirm bookings on TheNimto so they count toward your score.
  • Follow up on every inquiry quickly with a clear quote.
  • Keep your availability calendar up to date so customers don’t book dates you can’t serve.

Inquiries

up to 20 pts

How many people who open your listing send an inquiry, compared with similar vendors in your category.

  • Show clear starting prices and packages — customers inquire more when they can see what they’ll pay.
  • Add 8 or more good, recent photos of real events.
  • Write a description that answers common questions: capacity, services included, location, parking.

Chat response

up to 20 pts

For each property’s chats: the share of customer conversations you answer within 24 hours, and how quickly you usually reply.

  • Reply to every new chat within 24 hours — within 1 hour earns the most points.
  • Turn on notifications in the TheNimto app so you see messages right away.
  • If staff manage your listing, make sure someone checks chats every day.

Visibility

up to 15 pts

How often your property appears in search and listings, and how often people who see it click to open it.

  • Use a bright, clear cover photo — it’s what people decide to click on.
  • Share your listing link and QR code on Facebook, Instagram, TikTok and WhatsApp.
  • Keep your listing name and category accurate so it shows up in the right searches.

Common questions

Is the score for my whole company or for each property?

For each property. Reviews, bookings, inquiries and chats all belong to a specific property, so a company with several properties has a separate score for each one.

How often is it updated?

Every night, using the last 90 days of activity. Your monthly performance report shows each property’s score and how it changed since last month.

Why am I compared with other vendors?

A photographer and a wedding venue get very different numbers of views and bookings. Bookings, inquiries and visibility are compared with the typical vendor in your own category, so the score is fair across categories.

My property is new. Will I get a low score?

No. When there isn’t enough activity yet to judge something — for example no chats or no inquiries — that part gets a neutral value until real data builds up.

Does the score change my position in search results?

Yes. When customers sort listings by Popularity, properties with a higher Listing Score appear first. The same things that raise your score — good reviews, fast replies and complete listings — also help customers choose you.
